INSTRUCTIONS FOR DOWNLOADING APPLICATION FORMS

1. Be sure to read the grant guidelines and application instructions before filling in the application form.

2. It is strongly advised that you contact the SEASREP program staff before sending your application for a preliminary assessment of your project.


3. Do not change the format of the form, pagination, font type and size. The size of the form is A4 or 297 mm x 210 mm.


4. Use only A4 size paper for all attachments.


5. Submit your completed application to SEASREP by post or e-mail: grants@seasrepfoundation.org not later than 1 October 2008. No applications will be accepted by fax.
